All rentals will include 6 hours of jumping time ($25 for each additional hour) Free delivery up to 10 miles ($1 per additional mile) Set up and Take Down (Need 30 mins to set up and 30 min to break down) (Set up NOT included in jumping time) ***Balloons and decorations not included

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation Policy: Your deposit of $100 is not refundable. If you cancel your event you are welcome to reschedule your event to another available date within 60 days of the initial event date. Wind/Rain Policy: For your safety and safety of others we will not set up in rain or wind speeds higher than 22 mph. If there is a chance of rain, we will set up at your discretion. Once the inflatable is set up, payment is non-refundable. If rain does occur or wind speeds exceed more than 22 mph, please have everyone safely exit the inflatable and turn the blower off. If inclement weather prohibits our ability to set up due to safety, deposit is refundable or you can reschedule your party to another available date. Bounce House Rules/Saftey: Please, no shoes, no food or drinks inside the bouncers. No rough playing, flips, or climbing on walls. Absolutely no silly string, face paint, confetti, markers, crayons, gender reveal bombs/sprays. These all permanently stain the houses and unfortunately, the lessee will be responsible for a damage fee or result in the total loss of the bounce house. No sharp objects or pets allowed. Adult Supervision required at all times. Delivery Fees: Free Delivery for all bounce houses that are within 10 miles of our business location(Lebanon and Ohio in Frisco) $1 for each additional mile beyond our 10 mile radius All of our bounce inflatables are constructed of heavy duty, commercial grade vinyl material - Not the cheap nylon you get from the Retail stores. We clean and sanitize our rentals between every use. What kind of power do we need? The unit requires a 110V outlet, preferably separate from other items requiring electricity. the outlet must be located within 75 feet of the unit. A generator is available for rental if needed.
